Directions:

  • The body brush is meant to be used dry, so be sure to use it before you get in the bath or shower. Starting from the soles of your feet, make long sweeps, moving up the sides of your legs towards your heart. Then move to your arms using a similar motion and sweep towards your chest. When brushing your chest and back, sweeps will be a little shorter but still towards your heart. Avoid circular and back and forth motions.
  • Dry brushing is not meant for your face but feel free to brush your scalp and both the front and back of your neck.
  • The body brush experience is meant to be invigorating, but not to the point where your skin is getting scratched or turning red. Use your best judgement when body brushing and listen to what your body is telling you.
