Directions:
Apply our sheer zinc mineral sunscreen 15 minutes before sun exposure. Wear alone or layer over your favorite Biossance serum and your favorite moisturizer. It can also be used in place of your moisturizer. Perfect under makeup. Reapply as necessary.
Warnings: Do not use on damaged or broken skin. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. As people can have reactions to SPF, dermatologists strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to usage. People can develop sensitivities over time, if you haven’t used the SPF consistently, dermatologists recommend a patch test again.

I had an allergic reaction as well and have never had reaction to skin product before. I'm glad to see it wasn't just me, but sorry that it is happening. I had used it with other biossance products that same morning and now I'm scared to use any of them because I don't know what ingredient it was and I have returned to just very basic skin care at the moment.

I loved this product but when I bought my second bottle I broke out in hives all over my face, neck and chest. Waited for a few days then a week later tried again and yup hives all over. I wish I could figure out what ingredient is causing me such a reaction! I've never had sensitive skin until this. Don't buy if you are prone to hives.

United StatesI love this sunscreen! Just like the other Biossance products I use. It absorbs so nicely. Doesn’t leave a white cast on my face. Gives me a nice healthy glow without being sticky or tacky. No problems with my sensitive skin. Makeup lays great on top of it. The only reason I am taking a star off is I SO wish it came in a higher spf. My dermatologist is adamant I use an spf 50. Hoping Biossance will consider this because now I have to use another brand and that bums me out.
United StatesSadly I have had a similar experience as others. Initially I loved the sunscreen. Was actually recommending it. Used it while on a ski vacation and felt some itching and sensitivity. Wasn’t sure what the cause was. Assumed it was dry, cool with her in higher altitudes. Used the product about a month later and developed a more serious, more uncomfortable rash all over my face. Very red, and very itchy. Because I didn’t have this experience before I was unsure it was the sunscreen. Did a test yesterday and yes, I can definitively say it’s the sunscreen! Almost looks like a bad sunburn on my face. Very red and very itchy. And it takes a few days for it to go away. I have never had any kind of sensitivity to my skin. I’ve been reading the ingredients to try to figure out what is the cause of the rash. Do you use PABA?
