I stopped using **** contraceptives, and the hormonal change caused my skin to suddenly become sensitive to everything. I couldn't use any creams or treatments with harsh ingredients. Everything I tried caused me to break out in a sensitivity rash. I tried these two options, and neither of them cause me to have that reaction. I was so excited. I use the lactic acid serum the most, because I see the most benefit from it - I can actually see a difference in the morning after using it at night. The wrinkles on my forehead that I despise actually seem less visible. I'm a little confused as to when to use the phyto-retinol, though - I've read that you aren't supposed to combine retinol with any other acid, and this says to combine them at night. I also use vitamin C in the mornings, and I've read not to combine retinol with C because the C will deactivate the retinol. Is the plant-based option the same? Maybe someone could answer this for me. Either way - these are fantastic for sensitive skin - can't say enough about them. Hopefully I can find more use for the retinol in the future.
I have been using these products pretty much daily for the past few weeks and my skin looks and feels so nice. I have some acne scarring and I really think that these products are reducing their appearance. Plus my skin just feels so hydrated and glowy. I have pretty sensitive skin so I love how they are effective yet gentile enough that I can use them daily without any irritation!
I'm in love with both of these products! The only negative I have is how SMALL the lactic serum bottle is, feels like so little product for the price. Massive improvement in my skin texture so far!
Amazing products
I didn’t see any sudden or dramatic change after 2 months
