  • What is Biossance Clean Crew?

    Biossance Clean Crew Rewards is a free program designed to reward loyal Biossance customers like you. Biossance Rewards allows you to earn Biossance Points for everyday activities like browsing, purchasing, staying active on Biossance.com, and much more. You will also be rewarded for doing good for the planet. Activities that can earn you Biossance Points and the rewards we offer can change at any time, so check back to see the latest!
  • Who can join?

    All are welcome to join the Biossance Clean Crew Rewards Program! By creating an account at Biossance.com, you are automatically enrolled in the program.
  • How do I earn points?

    You’ll already earn points as you create an account. After that, you can also earn points by making purchases, signing up for our newsletter emails, and providing your birthday. To see all the ways you can earn points click here
  • Can I earn points on past purchases?

    Past purchases, prior to the Clean Crew launch on 10/13/20, are not eligible for points, but all future purchases are! Start getting rewarded now.
  • Can I earn Biossance Rewards points if I purchase Biossance products from another site or a retail store?

    At this time, the Biossance Clean Crew rewards program is awarding points *exclusively* for Biossance.com purchases.
  • Will I lose my status if I don’t hit the spend tier amount?

    Yes, in order to maintain Loyalty tier status, you must hit the spend tier before the end of near year.
  • Do my points ever expire?

    Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in the client’s Loyalty account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.
  • Can I combine my points from multiple accounts into a single account?

    Yes! If you have more than one Biossance account, please email your account credentials to customerservice@biossance.com and note which account you’d like to keep. We’ll take care of it from there!
  • What happens to my points when I return items?

    Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the points earned on the product purchase, including bonus points. For an exchange of equal value, the points balance will remain unchanged. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.
  • What do the statuses 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' mean?

    These statuses can be found under your Account Activity section .

    - Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

    - Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases.

    - Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

  • I completed an action that should’ve earned points, but they aren’t showing up. What went wrong?

    Your points and rewards will show up within 1 to 2 minutes after action is completed. If you still do not see your points, not a problem – we are happy to help! Simply call us at 1-844-688-5885 or email us at customerservice@biossance.com. Make sure to have your receipt available.
  • I currently reside outside of the United States. Am I still able to participate in the Biossance Rewards program?

    Yes! At this time, you must be a legal resident of the United States or any of the following international countries to participate in the program (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Members can only earn purchase-related points and redeem Biossance Clean Crew Rewards on Biossance.com.
  • How do I leave the Clean Crew?

    We’re sad to see you go! If you no longer wish to be a part of the program, please contact us at 1-844-688-5885 or at customerservice@biossance.com and we can assist on removing you from the Biossance Clean Crew Rewards Program. Please note that all points will be deducted from your account.
