- This full-size product reward is exclusive to our VIP tier status clients in our Clean Crew Rewards Program. The full-size product reward of choice is a 1-time redemption only, valid until 4/30/2023 at 11:59 PM PT.

Yes, in order to maintain Loyalty tier status, you must hit the spend tier before the end of near year.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in the client’s Loyalty account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.

Yes! If you have more than one Biossance account, please email your account credentials to customerservice@biossance.com and note which account you’d like to keep. We’ll take care of it from there!

Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the points earned on the product purchase, including bonus points. For an exchange of equal value, the points balance will remain unchanged. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

These statuses can be found under your Account Activity section .
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
- Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases.
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

Your points and rewards will show up within 1 to 2 minutes after action is completed. If you still do not see your points, not a problem – we are happy to help! Simply call us at 1-844-688-5885 or email us at customerservice@biossance.com. Make sure to have your receipt available.

Yes! At this time, you must be a legal resident of the United States or any of the following international countries to participate in the program (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway). Members can only earn purchase-related points and redeem Biossance Clean Crew Rewards on Biossance.com.
