Worth Trying!

For the most part I really enjoyed this moisturizer. It was light but still very moisturizing. It comes in a nice size container and a little goes a long way. The part I disliked was the rose scent. I don't like rose scented fragrances or skincare products. The good thing is the smell doesn't linger so I was able to continue using the product. I would definitely recommend trying it out as it has beneficial ingredients like squalane, Vitamin C, and fermented lemon peel!

Terrible smell

I recently bought this for the first time, and it smells awful! Might be out of date, which is why it was on sale, as I can’t believe intentionally they’d sell a product so foul smelling.

Perfect for warmer months

I love this moisturizer. I've been using Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream for years but it was leaving my skin greasy, and this one is not greasy at all, yet it leaves my skin feeling completely moisturized. I'm confused about other reviewers' comments about the smell. When I first opened the jar I noticed a very light scent that was more "natural" than "fragrance" but after using it a few more times, I now only notice the light rose scent. Love that the ingredients are all natural.

Love this product, love Biossance.

I love the way this product feels on my skin and how well it hydrates and reduces uneven skin tone. It sounds like someone got a bad batch and decided to wait to complain instead of proactively communicating. The Biossance team has been nothing short of amazing whenever I’ve had an issue, and after years of using the entire line, I can say I have only had problems twice, and it was not quality but packing/shipping. If you ever have a problem, let support know, they will take care of you. Get on the Clean Crew too!

Rotten smell

I was attracted to the Biossance line of products when I learned more about the formulations. I purchased a kit that included one travel size jar and received another travel size as compliment. I have reported via email that the product has a smell, rather they stink of rotten. I was informed that the exchange window closed, and some unique 'aroma' is to be expected, that I could mask it by adding some Vit C Rose oil. I am using 4 other different Biossance formulated with the same clean ingredients and NONE smell rotten. Lastly, it was suggested that I gift or donate the products: to me, that is a shameful suggestion, I treat someone else the way I like to be treated.

Smell is so awful and can’t get passed that

The smell is so awful. I honestly can’t take it. It’s like, I don’t know, foul linke vomit. The omega repair cream smells the same but I thought with the rose it would smell better. I tried offering it to a friend and they were put off as well.

Almost perfect

I purchased this cream, and love just about everything about it. It’s light, goes on smoothly and lasts all day. The only thing I don’t care for is the smell. I thought it would have a rose smell, but it smells like wet cardboard. You do get use to it

It works!

I live in a very dry climate and had started noticing some dry patches on my face. This moisturizer works well to keep my skin moisturized overall, including those dry areas.

Best of the best

This is my absolute go to moisturizer for the spring and summer. I have extremely dry skin and no other face cream comes close to keeping my skin hydrated.

Great ingredients but horrible smell

I was excited to try this moisturizer. The ingredients sounded effective and I’m a huge Biossance user. Unfortunately, like many other users have mentioned, the smell is so bad I can’t use it. It smells like mildew! It’s similar to the smell of the Omega Repair cream although the last sample I received of that one wasn’t bad! Maybe they’re working on fixing the smell. I hope so!
