Our Rose Vegan lip balm is not formulated with any gluten containing ingredients.
4. DOES THE ROSE VEGAN LIP BALM CONTAIN SOY OR SOY EMULSIFIERS? IS YOUR GLYCERIN SOURCED FROM SOY?
Our Linoleic Acid is derived from Soybean. Also our Glycerin comes from many vegetable sources and one of those vegetables is commonly soybean and/or corn. (like all vegetable derived glycerin, so if she uses other products with it and is ok... she should be ok as these are derivatives and not whole soybean.
5. WHEN DOES THIS EXPIRE?
Rose Vegan Lip Balm is best used within 12 months after opening.
6. IS THIS ROSE LIP BALM FRAGRANCE FREE?
No synthetic fragrance or essential oils are added, so it is completely fragrance free. The ingredients themselves do emit a mild scent that should dissipate a minute or two after application.
Squeeze small amount of rose lip balm from tube and swipe across lips.
Can also be used on cheekbones, eyebrows and mixed with sunscreen for protected lip balm.

Can we have the old formula with the new packaging please!!!
When I stumbled across the original balm, I was floored. I actually just put some on now and was wondering if it might still be available, so I popped on the site and found all these reviews echoing my thoughts and figured that, maybe if there is enough of the same feedback, we can get the original balm back! So, the original really makes my lips, not only feel amazing, but also look so plump and with this beautiful soft sheen that I haven't seen with any other balm. Thankfully, I repurchased it again right before the new formula came out. Then I was so excited to see the new packaging because the old packaging in a jar was in fact not as convenient, so I then purchased three--one for me and one for each of my two sisters--of the new formula. That's how good I was expecting it to be based on the original. And it's good, but just doesn't stand out from any other good lip product the way the original formula did. Please, bring it back. I'll take the jar with the original balm over the new balm in the tube if necessary. 4 stars because it's still pretty good...but the original was hype-worthy.

Love this
I usually make my own lip balm, but decided to give this one a shot while I was ordering skincare & I'm definitely in love! Love the feeling of this formulation, its staying power, and the hydration it gives my lips, especially now that it's winter. I gave four stars only because it comes in a pot instead of a tube & in light of the current pandemic, it would be a lot more convenient and hygienic to use a tube.

Waste of money
I like most biossance products, but this one was utterly disappointing. It goes on smooth and feels hydrating at first... but then after a few minutes, it dried out my lips. Thank goodness I got this as a free sample and didn’t pay full price. Don’t waste your money on this product.

Love this... BUT
Let me start by saying I absolutely love this product. I have had perma-chapped lips my whole life and nothing has been able to tackle the hard cracked skin until now! I am absolutely thrilled with the results... BUT, I wish the container were such that I could use this product without having to touch my finger to it first! I work in health care and with everything going on with the COVID-19 crisis, I am not able to use this product at work due to fear of my hands contaminating the whole container (despite constant washing and sanitizing) or worse, my hands then touching my mouth and infecting me. I normally keep a lip balm in my pocket and apply often, but I cannot do that with this item and I wish I could! Please please make this in a hands free container!!!
