Our Rose Vegan lip balm is not formulated with any gluten containing ingredients.
4. DOES THE ROSE VEGAN LIP BALM CONTAIN SOY OR SOY EMULSIFIERS? IS YOUR GLYCERIN SOURCED FROM SOY?
Our Linoleic Acid is derived from Soybean. Also our Glycerin comes from many vegetable sources and one of those vegetables is commonly soybean and/or corn. (like all vegetable derived glycerin, so if she uses other products with it and is ok... she should be ok as these are derivatives and not whole soybean.
5. WHEN DOES THIS EXPIRE?
Rose Vegan Lip Balm is best used within 12 months after opening.
6. IS THIS ROSE LIP BALM FRAGRANCE FREE?
No synthetic fragrance or essential oils are added, so it is completely fragrance free. The ingredients themselves do emit a mild scent that should dissipate a minute or two after application.

Can also be used on cheekbones, eyebrows and mixed with sunscreen for protected lip balm.

Shiny and glossy, but won't be a repeat purchase
Smells divine, tastes mild, but the texture is sticky and a little less thick than an Aquaphor or a Vaseline. I find that this product produces a dryness in the throat, unlike any other lip product I've tried. Does nothing for plumping, hydrating, or moisturizing perhaps I'm just used to a beeswax formulation in lip care products. I'll still use it because I like the glossy look, and the packaging is nice, but I won't be re-purchasing.

Unexpected Winner
Purchased on a whim and now this is my lip balm of choice. Consistency is more like a lip treatment - a little goes a long way. The formula is clear, feels more silky than sticky, and requires fewer re-applications compared to standard chapsticks. Very, very mild rose scent.

Received this vegan lip balm with my order as a freebie. I'm a lip gloss woman but, this has become my favorite product. It makes your lips feel soft, plump and cleared up my cracked lips. Wonderful! Can't say enough!

Lip Balm
I use this lip balm nightly as part my skincare routine. My lips are soft, smooth, and hydrated. I would have given 5 stars, but I am not a fan of the thickness of the product. Overall I like the product and am happy with the purchase.

Horrible
I blindly bought 4[!!!] of the squalane & rose vegan balm because I thought it would be the same formulation as my prior purchases in the glass pot. 3 were gifts and one was mine to replenish my prior one that was in a glass pot. There was no product update on the site that the formulation had changed. If there was one, my mistake for missing it. Every person I gave this gift hates how sticky it is, myself included.I certainly wish I didn't waste my $$$$.

Should be called a gloss, not a balm
I wanted to like this, but I cannot get past the sticky consistency. I don't know why this product is called a balm. It goes on glossy and is extremely sticky. It does not moisturize my lips, it just makes them sticky and shiny for a little bit before they become very dry and dull. These, in my mind at least, are qualities of a lip gloss rather than a balm. I'd expect a balm to be more natural feeling, hydrating, and longer lasting. And I definitely do not want sticky or shiny lips. This product misses the mark and I will not be purchasing it again. Also not a fan of the plastic tube; the product is too thick for a tube and takes some major force to squeeze any out. I'd much rather have a little glass pot.
