4. DOES THE ROSE VEGAN LIP BALM CONTAIN SOY OR SOY EMULSIFIERS? IS YOUR GLYCERIN SOURCED FROM SOY?
Our Linoleic Acid is derived from Soybean. Also our Glycerin comes from many vegetable sources and one of those vegetables is commonly soybean and/or corn. (like all vegetable derived glycerin, so if she uses other products with it and is ok... she should be ok as these are derivatives and not whole soybean.
5. WHEN DOES THIS EXPIRE?
Rose Vegan Lip Balm is best used within 12 months after opening.
6. IS THIS ROSE LIP BALM FRAGRANCE FREE?
No synthetic fragrance or essential oils are added, so it is completely fragrance free. The ingredients themselves do emit a mild scent that should dissipate a minute or two after application.

Can also be used on cheekbones, eyebrows and mixed with sunscreen for protected lip balm.

Disappointing
I must be the minority opinion here that this balm needs more r&d. I was expecting something Like a sleeping balm and tried it first at night. Woke up to split lips. It does not plump or nourish. Also the pressed pact texture in the jar isn’t my favorite. I like my biossance everything-else. I was able to return the four jars I got (stocking stuffers) though ty for the efficient service.

I have tried every lip gloss and lip balm under the sun for 30 & years. This is the perfect consistency and the ingredients couldn’t be of higher quality. Try it and it will become a staple in your routine. I apply this way less because the hydration really does last longer than others so keep that in mind if the price point is off putting. It lasts a lot longer.

Drying and Lip peeling
The packaging drove me mainly to this product, but the product itself I wasn't impressed with. I found myself applying it 5-6 times a day within two-hour increments. My lips felt gritty over time and dry. My lips also began to peel throughout the day. Other than that, cute packaging, but needs improvement on the drying and lip peeling.

New formula- not great
I give the classic balm a 5. I was excited about the new packaging, but disappointed at the new formula. It's a bit gritty and doesn't last as long as the classic formula on my lips. It dries on my lips much faster than the old one. The new formula looks different on my lips as well. I'm not sure I'd purchase again. I do hope the classic is brought back. Is there any reason both can't be offered?

Finally a tube!
I had delayed purchasing this bc I dislike lip balms in pots- and especially since wanting to be extra hygienic this year and last Im so so happy it finally comes in a tube! Now to the balm, the texture is lovely and protective not sticky. I have to reapply a few times throughout the day, not sure if it’s because it absorbs or because I lick my lips a lot, probably both. There’s no detectable scent, just a very faint rose flavor, almost nothing really. I would buy again because it ticks all the boxes but I’m not obsessed with it like other biossance products

Not impressed
I agree with the reviewers who have said it doesn’t stay on for long and there isn’t really any difference in regards to moisture or “plumping”, very disappointed especially considering the price.
