1. WHY DOES SQUALANE + PEPTIDE EYE GEL CONTAIN PHENOXYETHANOL?
We use phenoxyethanol because it helps to protect the product and the end user from the negative impacts of microbial growth in a personal care product.
2. WHEN I OPENED THE EYE GEL BOTTLE AND FOUND THAT THERE IS NO TUBE CONNECTING TO THE PUMP. IS IT BROKEN?
The Peptide Eye Gel comes in an airless pump, each time you pump the product, it expels air and creates a vacuum internally that moves the plate with the product up to the pump. that doesn't require a straw to dispense the product. The non-pressurized airless chamber technology that excludes dip tubes prevents air exposure, which helps protect and conceal the formulas increasing shelf life. It also helps with dosage, it is exact the same with every pump, you will get every drop of product due to the rising piston.
Apply a small amount to upper and lower eye area and gently massage with fingertip, morning and night.
TIPS:
- Use sparingly. Just a small amount (about the size of a pea) covers both eyes up to the brow bone.
- Works well under concealer to protect and hydrate the eye area.

Looked forward to putting it on every night
I have puffy eyes/ dark circles in the mornings and I used this product every night and morning (before make up) and it really helped my puffiness and dark circles. It feels like aloe vera and sinks into the skin. I never had a negative reaction to it and I have sensitive skin (especially my eyes!) but maybe check the ingredients in it if you're worried because it is plant-based. I loved my little sample.

So glad I got the sample first...
This did not do anything good for me. My dark circles aren't that bad, but at 26 I thought it was time to pick up a cream that will prevent them from getting worse while moisturizing. The first time I put it on, it was very moisturizing and I was very happy with how soft it left my under eye. However, next day I woke up and had little red bumps which I never had before. I decide to give it a chance since I thought it was just my skin shocked by the new substance. It only went downhill from there. After a few more days I noticed wrinkles in my eyes that I never had before! It actually dried out my skin! Forget trying it for 21 days, this scared me so much I stopped right away and just applied sweet almond oil to get my skin back to normal. A real disappointment.

Hydrates!
My under eye area is drier than the Sahara. I've tried everything. Finally, a gel, and it works. I use a cream first and the gel over it. Alas my concealer doesn't clump. Getting autoship so I'm sure to never run out.

Legit!!!
So I genetically have dark circles and I haven’t found a product that actually helps my under eyes... well this stuff DOES I’ll put this on before I walk about the door, because I don’t like wearing much makeup, and less than 30 minutes later my under eyes are 90% brighter. Love this stuff!

Worth a try.
After reading so many wonderful reviews, I opted in for the samples. This was one of two that I selected. Sadly, it dried out my upper eyelids to where the skin looked severely dry, creppy and more aged. It didn’t make a difference with puffy eyes or dark circles for me either. I will say that I do like the other sample, which is the Squalane with vitamin C and rose oil. It is a bit drying, so I add it into my lotion. This one also doesn’t work well around my eyes. I don’t have the most sensitive skin like others who had drying issues, but I do have drier skin.

Huge difference
This stuff has made a pretty dramatic difference for me. My undereyes are much less dark and puffy. I had noticed in the past year or so (I’m 32) that when I smile my undereyes look puffy but this is now much improved after using only once a day at night for a few weeks. But it only took a few days to start to notice a difference! I’ve tried many undereye cream samples and this is the first that has really worked for me, for both lightening my dark circles and decreasing puffiness.

It does what it says!
I've never spent this much money on a personal care product before, but this is worth it. Coming back for more. It did help puffiness, circles and fine lines.

Caused an allergic reaction around eyes
I have pretty good skin and I’ve tried many products without issues. I was excited to try this serum. Unfortunately, it caused the skin around my eyes to become extremely swollen and red. Benadryl didn’t help and I ended up going to the doctor!

Not for me
I was excited to try this eye gel. It was very irritating for me. My eyes watered and turned red. The skin around them felt tight and itchy. I did not expect this since this product line seems to be for sensitive skin. I have never had an issue with an eye cream like this. I was hoping to like this!
