1. HOW DOES THE AMINO ACID COMPLEX REMOVE MAKEUP?
We use a specific lipo-amino acid that breaks down and dissolves makeup and impurities so they can then be rinsed away.
2. SHOULD I USE THIS ON WET OR DRY SKIN?
Apply to wet skin to lather the cleanser’s gel texture into a satisfying foam.
3. DOES IT HAVE A SCENT?
Yes. Amino Aloe Gentle Cleanser’s cleansing ingredients do have a natural, refreshing herbal scent. It’s important to note that this scent belongs to the ingredients themselves and is not an added fragrance.
4. IS THE PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
The bottle contains PCR and is recyclable. Simply discard the pump, then rinse the bottle, remove the label, and recycle in the appropriate bin.
Mix a small amount with warm water and work into a lather. Massage it onto face for at least 30 seconds, then rinse clean.

Beyond my expectations
I was reached out to when it came to using this product. Typically, I am terrible at selecting any skin care and sticking to a routine. So getting this cleanser complimentary was a fresh start. I’m absolutely sold! The scent is perfect. It’s not overpowering at all. I work in an auto body shop for a living so dust and dirt cover me every day. I’ve been using this cleanser faithfully for over a month now, and my face feels refreshed after each use. It’s become part of my evening routine. I highly recommend that if you struggle finding a cleanser also, then this would be a great place to start because it’s a total game changer.

Not gentle enough for my skin
I was interested in this cleanser to help with removal of my sunscreen vs makeup removal. The reviews were mostly very positive but I was concerned after I read some that complained the cleanser was too strong. Nevertheless, I took a chance because Biossance stands behind their products. It had a very nice scent and was easy to use. Unfortunately after using I realized it was too harsh for my skin. I wouldn’t say I have overly sensitive skin but it is very dry and this cleanser made it feel stripped. I previously tried the elderberry cleanser and had the same problem. I have used and continue to use the oil cleanser and love it so will be sticking with that. All of the other products that I use from the Biossance line are fantastic and I use a number of them. I’ve had very good results with continued use and have seen a reduction in fine lines and sagging skin.

Very disappointed
I was a huge fan on the tea tree cleanser and tried this as a replacement when it was discontinued. This product caused me to develop the worst acne I’ve had in years. I hope The tea tree cleanser will come back soon!

Nice Cleanser
I very much like this cleanser. It is gentle, does not irritate my sensitive skin and eye area which is a huge plus for me. I would highly recommend it

Great Product
I use this as part 2 of my double clean system following the oil cleanser. A little goes a long way. Great value. I use many Biossance products and I love them all. I have dry, sensitive, skin with redness.

Biossance is a Godsend
I use the Squalane Gentle Cleanser as well as pretty much all the other products from Biossance and my skin looks amazing! I have oily sensitive skin and now my skin is balanced and radiant. I don't get those premenstrual breakouts anymore either. I am truly happy to have discovered this line. I look forward to my skincare routines because I know I am nourishing my skin.

Not great for my skin
I tried to love this. But my face became drier and tighter the longer I used it. And the scent was just unbearable for me. I can’t describe it, I just found it really unpleasant. HOWEVER, my husband who has oily skin likes it! So it all depends on your skin type in my opinion.

Great Cleanser
I received this product in exchange for a fair review. So far I've only used this product for 2 weeks, and it’s AMAZING! First of all, it smells like a forest but better if that makes sense. When I washed this off, my skin felt very hydrated and smooth. I would recommend this cleanser.
