Eye cream was dried
Have never had this problem with biossance eye cream (in regular size), but I agree with other posts that when I opened this travel size, it was dried and caked- when I scoop out the product it’s too dry to spread on my eye area.

Great set
Cant live without the vitamin c rose oil so I carry this small one in my purse. I use the lactic acid twice a week and it’s enough to keep my skin radiant. Can’t get enough of biossance products, haven’t tried one I don’t like.

Lids were off of product
Unfortunately the eye cream and repair cream arrived with the lids off of the containers and they were both dried out and unusable. I did not take pictures of the items and packaging so I was unable to get replacements.I have purchased the product in the past and do like it.

Product was dried up when I received it
I was excited to purchase the rapid radiance travel set and packed the whole set in my luggage to take on my cruise. Sadly, I was disappointed that the lid on the little eye cream container was loose and the cream was dried hard and had turned a funky orange color. There are no plastic seals on the lids so I imagine this could happen with any orders. So I did not get what I paid for since the eye cream was unusable.

Very disgusting.
I bought this set and I liked it so I decided to buy another set. Pretty sure I was sent someone’s used return. It is not even half full. I can see that they have been dug into, there is little black bugs in the jars, I should have known something was wrong when the bottom was ripped open and the seal broken.
