Traditionally Squalane was harvested from shark liver, though our scientists spent years developing pure Squalane from 100% plant-based, renewable sugarcane. Squalane Oil For Face: Rub a small amount of pure squalane oil together between hands to warm. Pat gently onto face, neck and décolleté.
Squalane Oil For Body: Massage a few pumps onto skin immediately after showering, paying close attention to areas needing extra hydration like arms, legs, and knees.
Squalane Oil For Hair: Rub a small amount of pure squalane oil between hands and smooth through dry or wet hair to add shine and tame flyaways, split ends and frizz.

I love this oil now that I know how to use it.
The oil has a very light consistency, but it’s still very hydrating. It penetrates my skin leaving it soft, smooth, and healthy. I even use this oil on my face every day. A little goes a long way, so I maybe need just two drops (not two pumps) to apply a thin layer all over my face. It penetrates quickly and does not clog my pores! Usually, I’ll get pimples when I use other oils or heavy moisturizers on my face. But this Biossance squalane oil does not irritate my skin or cause any breakouts. After cleansing, I use this oil alone or with simple aloe vera gel on my face. On my hair, body, and feet, I use it with my favorite lotions, butters, and moisturizers. It deeply penetrates my skin and seals in all that moisture but never feels oily or greasy. My face, hair, and body look and feel so soft and moisturized with a beautiful glow. I do not wear makeup, but people constantly compliment my skin. I also love that this oil is fragrance free! I use it in my hair and all over my body. I let my body spray and perfume provide my fragrance. I hate using different products with a lot of different competing scents. It’s very refreshing and important to me that this product is fragrance free, chemical free, and sustainable! I highly recommend this oil. I’ve purchased multiple bottles, and I’ll continue to purchase.

I have never written a review before and I've tried LOTS of different products. I use the 100% Squalane Oil and then the face oil. Both products are incredibly effective and unique . Amazing oil!
I love this oil! It absorbs so effortlessly but also moisturizes well. It is easily added to creams or other moisturizers for added thickness too, with no problem. I like the pump design because it makes it easier to add to the scalp for a hair treatment and is less messy. When I used it in my hair, I noticed it was softer but not weighed down. I cannot say enough good things about this product!

Oil to treat oily skin?? YES!
I’m 31 years old and have had oily skin since I was a teenager. I never knew I could use oil to combat my oily skin! Honestly, I discovered this product by accident, but it is an absolute godsend. If you’re questioning it, a trial size is only $8 and lasts for like 3 months (if you’re just using it on your face), just buy it. (I know this kinda sounds sales-pitch-y, but I have zero skin in the game here, I’m just trying to be genuinely helpful)
