1. WHERE DOES YOUR 100% SQUALANE COME FROM? WHY SUGARCANE AND NOT OLIVES?
Traditionally Squalane was harvested from shark liver, though our scientists spent years developing pure Squalane from 100% plant-based, renewable sugarcane. The quality of Squalane produced from olives depends on unreliable factors like weather and crop growth. The quality and purity of our sugarcane Squalane is stable and cost effective.
2. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SQUALANE AND SQUALENE?
The human body produces SqualEne. Squalene is part of our skin's own natural moisture, but the amount made and retained in your skin decreases over time. Our Squalane is a hydrogenated version of Squalene which makes it more suitable for sensitive skin. 3. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 100% SQUALANE OIL AND SQUALANE + VITAMIN C ROSE OIL? DO I NEED BOTH?
While they both contain super hydrating Squalane, our Vitamin C Rose Oil also contains...(you guessed it!) Vitamin C and rose essential oil, making it suitable for facial use. Our 100% Squalane Oil can be used head-to-toe as an all-over body, face and hair hydrator.
Squalane Oil For Face: Rub a small amount of pure squalane oil together between hands to warm. Pat gently onto face, neck and décolleté.
Squalane Oil For Body: Massage a few pumps onto skin immediately after showering, paying close attention to areas needing extra hydration like arms, legs, and knees.
Squalane Oil For Hair: Rub a small amount of pure squalane oil between hands and smooth through dry or wet hair to add shine and tame flyaways, split ends and frizz.

Love this
I received a sample of this product and loved it so much that I went back and purchased the full size. I dry brush, get in the shower, and use it after I've dried off. It's wonderful and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. It's also not too oily while still being hydrating.

Most moisturizing oil ever
This is the best oil I have ever used! I use it on my face with the other Biossance products, I put it on my skin after dry brushing (with your brush) and a shower, I use it on my cuticles, I even put in in my hair!

Very moisturizing and absorbs well. I use this at night as my last facial skincare step, on my body right after a shower, and on my dry 2 day hair. I wake up with my face glowing, my body is smooth buy not slimy like how some lotions can make you, and my hair is sparkly. I 100% recommend.

Best All-Around Oil
I use this head to toe - literally. Great for keeping the ends of my naturally curly hair smooth; face and body love the moisture; and using on my cuticles before hand lotion has helped tremendously.

I really like this for a body oil! I hate the feel of putting body lotion on. after my showers I turn the water off then apply this oil all over while my skin is still wet then pay dry. I shower at night so I go right to bed but I usually finish getting ready for bed before putting clothes on. It’s still “oily” on my skin but it’s not sticky or anything at all. Very smooth. I wake up feeling very moisturized! Will buy again. I selected Normal to dry for skin type because I use on my body not face- which is oily.
