1. WHERE DOES YOUR 100% SQUALANE COME FROM? WHY SUGARCANE AND NOT OLIVES?
Traditionally Squalane was harvested from shark liver, though our scientists spent years developing pure Squalane from 100% plant-based, renewable sugarcane. The quality of Squalane produced from olives depends on unreliable factors like weather and crop growth. The quality and purity of our sugarcane Squalane is stable and cost effective.
2. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SQUALANE AND SQUALENE?
The human body produces SqualEne. Squalene is part of our skin's own natural moisture, but the amount made and retained in your skin decreases over time. Our Squalane is a hydrogenated version of Squalene which makes it more suitable for sensitive skin. 3. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 100% SQUALANE OIL AND SQUALANE + VITAMIN C ROSE OIL? DO I NEED BOTH?
While they both contain super hydrating Squalane, our Vitamin C Rose Oil also contains...(you guessed it!) Vitamin C and rose essential oil, making it suitable for facial use. Our 100% Squalane Oil can be used head-to-toe as an all-over body, face and hair hydrator.
Squalane Oil For Face: Rub a small amount of pure squalane oil together between hands to warm. Pat gently onto face, neck and décolleté.
Squalane Oil For Body: Massage a few pumps onto skin immediately after showering, paying close attention to areas needing extra hydration like arms, legs, and knees.
Squalane Oil For Hair: Rub a small amount of pure squalane oil between hands and smooth through dry or wet hair to add shine and tame flyaways, split ends and frizz.

Pleasantly surprised!
So the sunscreen was the first Biossance/squalane product I have ever used and I loved it! My dry sensitive skin was really happy. So naturally i had to know more about this miracle ingredient and read all the amazing reviews for this oil and snagged it up while it was on sale. I have to admit the first time I went to apply it on my face I was soooo nervous because I'm breakout prone and haven't had good luck with other face oils in the past. But after about a week or so of using it at night as my last layer of skincare, my face hasn't had any new breakouts and my normally dry thirsty winter skin is hydrated and feels so good!! Definitely a fan of this brand and can't wait to try some more of their products!

LOVE this. Can't do without it.
I ordered a sample of this product and *immediately* fell in love upon use. The moment my sample is empty I know I'll be ordering the large version of it to keep using it. This product makes my skin so moist, bright, and lively. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Hydration in a bottle
I've just started using 100% squalane oil at night before moisturizer and my dry skin loves this. I like this so much more than Hyuarolonic acid. I'm also sensitive and no irritation.

Excellent All-Over Moisturizer
I use this oil all over, though primarily I use it on my hands. It’s fabulous for my cuticles. I do, however, use it occasionally on dry spots on my face & scalp. Oh and on my elbows. It’s just a wonderful product, and a little goes a long way!

Love This Oil!

Simple solution to dry skin, with added bonus of “glowing” skin!
Very affordable, accomplished exactly what I was trying to: lock in moisture to combat my facial dryness. I use it AM and PM, final step in my skincare routine. I’m hooked on this oil, was afraid I would look or feel greasy, but miraculously it looks and feels beautiful.
