Traditionally Squalane was harvested from shark liver, though our scientists spent years developing pure Squalane from 100% plant-based, renewable sugarcane. Squalane Oil For Face: Rub a small amount of pure squalane oil together between hands to warm. Pat gently onto face, neck and décolleté.
Squalane Oil For Body: Massage a few pumps onto skin immediately after showering, paying close attention to areas needing extra hydration like arms, legs, and knees.
Squalane Oil For Hair: Rub a small amount of pure squalane oil between hands and smooth through dry or wet hair to add shine and tame flyaways, split ends and frizz.

Great Product
I love this squalane oil. I use it mostly on my face and neck. My skin is acne prone and sensitive but combination--I get dry patches and am prone to occasional eczema. I like this oil because it's a do-no-harm product fail-safe for me. If I get an allergic reaction to something else or suddenly break out, I know I can rely on this product to provide gentle, easily absorbed moisture and it won't cause any further irritation. It also performs well after applying retinol. With continued use of this product my skin has become overall less sensitized. I think that's because this product is literally as simple as it gets, just one ingredient. It does provide an instant "glow" when you apply it, not in a greasy way, it just makes you look luminous and fresh. It performs well under most makeup because it absorbs into the skin. I also think this product provides excellent value to use as a face oil because the bottle is quite large and you only need a few drops. I bought mine in March and I still have about half the bottle left with frequent use. You should try this product if you have sensitive skin or are looking for lightweight moisture. It's very basic but sometimes that's just what you need.

Amazing Product
Recently started Biossance upon recommendation for a friend to deal with the impacts of cold weather impacts (I live in Toronto) on my normally dry skin. It's proper miraculous in its effects. After experimenting with various high end skin products (aloe this, organic rose extract that, etc.) I finally settled on Biossance as my go to moisturizer. A few drops in the morning keeps my face looking and feeling great all day all day irrespective of the weather. Amazing product, highly recommend.

Life Changing
No joke I haven’t shut up about this stuff. I bought it because I am struggling with acne from wearing a mask all day. I have always struggled with super dry skin in the winter. Since using this the scabs from the acne have gone away. The red marks left behind are going away but the big huge amazing thing is all of the dry patches on my face, shoulders, arms, elbows, scalp have gone away. Like in 1 week using daily. Dry patches I have had for years and used everything you can imagine on have gone away! This oil is amazing. I will now use this product for life. I think people get scared to use oil. But when it absorbs, it absorbs better than a cream. It goes on oily because it’s oil. But within an hour my skin absorbs everything and is baby soft. It is truly unbelievable. Changes dryness in one use and only gets better the more you use. So happy to have found this product!!!

Lovely
This is my second bottle. I also tried the rose oil this time . Really like both. Makes my skin glow in my arms and legs after I put my moisturizer on , I top with this to lock in moisture. Makes a huge difference, soaks in so I’m not oily compared to coconut oil. Rep at Sephora mentioned spraying my perfume in my hand and mixing with the oil to rub on arms and pulse point- definitely a win!

Loving the 100% Squalane Oil!
I absolutely love this! I use this as an in-shower body moisturizer and rub a little into my skin right after my shower. It sinks in beautifully without needing to take time to allow it to absorb as it is instant. My forever body moisturizer!

Great product that leaks
I love this oil that feels wonderful on my skin. However the bottle leaks. There is always an oily rim around the bottom of the bottle no matter how hard I tighten the top.
