What is Biossance Clean Crew?

Biossance Clean Crew Rewards is a free program designed to reward loyal Biossance customers like you. Biossance Rewards allows you to earn points for every purchase to redeem for rewards.

Who can join?

All are welcome to join the Biossance Clean Crew Rewards Program! By creating an account at Biossance.com, you are automatically enrolled in the program.

How do I earn points?

You’ll already earn points after you create an account. After that, you can also earn points by making purchases.

Can I earn points on past purchases?

Past purchases, prior to the Clean Crew launch on 10/13/20, are not eligible for points, but all future purchases are!

Can I earn Biossance Rewards points if I purchase Biossance products from another site or a retail store?

At this time, the Biossance Clean Crew rewards program is awarding points *exclusively* for Biossance.com purchases.

Will I lose my status if I don’t hit the point tier amount?

Yes, in order to maintain Loyalty tier status, you must hit the point tier status 12 months from your last qualifying purchase.

Do my points ever expire?

Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in the client’s Loyalty account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire. If you redeem points for a reward, you have 30 days to use that reward before it expires in your account.

What happens to my points when I return items?

Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the points earned on the product purchase, including bonus points. For an exchange of equal value, the points balance will remain unchanged. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

What do the statuses 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' mean?

These statuses can be found under your account. 

- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

- Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases.

- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

I completed an action that should’ve earned points, but they aren’t showing up. What went wrong?

Your points will show up within 30 after action is completed and 14 days after a purchase is made. If you still do not see your points, not a problem – we are happy to help! Please contact our customer care team and have your order number to hand. 

How do I leave the Clean Crew?

We’re sad to see you go! If you no longer wish to be a part of the program, please contact our customer care team and we can assist on removing you from the Biossance Clean Crew Rewards Program. Please note that all points will be deducted from your account.
