With this in mind, we’re excited to introduce you to our Squalane + Elderberry Jelly Cleanser: a brand new daily essential that gently dissolves all traces of makeup and daily impurities while intensely hydrating the skin with every use.

The genius of this transformative formula is that it’s specifically formulated to nourish the skin’s microbiome–the dynamic community of beneficial bacteria and organisms that live on the surface of the skin. Elderberry fruit extract, a prebiotic complex, and our sugarcane-derived squalane team up to gently wash away all traces of dirt, debris, and waterproof makeup to leave skin clean, radiant, and hydrated.

 Our Squalane + Elderberry Jelly Cleanser can be used AM and PM. It is particularly great for nighttime cleansing as it effectively removes daily impurities and all traces of makeup and sunscreen. It works great solo but can also be used as part of a double cleansing routine with our Squalane + Tea Tree Oil Cleansing Gel if you are blemish-prone. (Use the elderberry cleanser first and tea tree cleanser second.)

To use, massage a small amount onto a dry face with dry hands and massage the jelly formula into the skin. As it emulsifies, the texture will transform into a luxurious oil, lifting away makeup and daily impurities. Rinse with warm water and watch as the formula changes textures once again, this time turning into nourishing milk. Pat skin dry to reveal a soft, balanced, and totally makeup up-free complexion that’s perfectly primed for serums, moisturizers, and your favorite facial oils.

Historically, elderberry fruit extract has been researched and used for its immunity-boosting benefits, making it an ideal ingredient for your body’s first line of defense (the skin). When applied topically, this antioxidant powerhouse can help to fortify and promote overall skin wellness.

The high concentration of antioxidants found in elderberry extract work to protect the skin from damaging free radicals and environmental pollutants that can contribute to signs of aging. It’s also rich in vitamins C and E and is gentle enough to be used on even the most sensitive of skin types.

You’ll also notice that this jelly formula has a unique purple color to it–that is entirely natural. The bold color is all thanks to these brightly-hued berries.

This new cleanser has an impressive ability to nourish your skin’s unique microbiome, the community of beneficial microorganisms that exist on the upper layers of the skin. It’s an ideal “one-and-done” product as it thoroughly washes away daily dirt and debris while also removing all traces of waterproof makeup. Plus, it is our only cleanser with a jelly-to-oil texture.
